Calleja Creative Solutions isn't a digital agency that decided to serve hospitality. It's a hospitality business that became a digital agency, because we couldn't find the solutions we needed ourselves.
The Story
12 years of frustration became one agency.
I spent over 12 years in Food & Beverage management, from waiting tables at the Hilton Malta to managing multi-outlet hotel operations for some of the island's leading hospitality groups. I know what a busy Saturday lunch service looks like. I know what a broken POS feels like at 8pm.
During that time, one thing stayed constant: the digital tools available to hospitality businesses were built by people who had never worked a shift in one. Clunky booking systems, websites that embarrassed the brand, zero integration between the tools that staff actually used.
My wife and I founded CCS to change that. We build digital products that actually fit how hospitality works, because we spent years operating within it.
