Minimum 6 months
All prices exclude VAT, charged at the prevailing Malta rate. Advertising spend is paid directly to Meta or Google by you and sits entirely outside the management fee. We never mark up ad spend.
A single in-house marketing manager in Malta costs €28,000 to €35,000 a year before you add a photographer, a videographer, a designer and an ads budget manager. Signature covers all five.

Most venues are live within two weeks of signing. Here is exactly what happens in that time, and every month after.

Discovery
We sit down at your venue, not over a video call. We want to understand your covers, your quiet nights, your margins and the guests you actually want more of. We photograph the space while we're there.

Content plan
You get a full monthly calendar before anything goes live: every post, format, caption and date. You approve it in one sitting, and you always know what's coming.

Production
We shoot at your venue around service, design in-house and write every caption ourselves. Shoot days are booked in advance so your team is never caught off guard.
04
Publish, reply and report
We publish, we answer every comment and message, and at month end we tell you plainly what worked, what didn't and what we're changing next month.
You will never wonder what we did this month. Everything is countable, calendared and reported.

How much does restaurant marketing cost in Malta?
Our packages start at €300 a month plus VAT for Essentials, €500 for Growth and €1,850 for Signature. Every package is a fixed monthly retainer with a countable deliverable list. There is no hourly billing and no surprise at the end of the month.
How quickly can you start?
Most venues are live within two weeks of signing. That covers the discovery visit, your first photoshoot and a full content calendar approved before anything goes out.
Do you shoot the photography yourselves?
Yes. Growth and Signature include professional photoshoots at your venue, booked around service so your team is never caught off guard. On full payment the photography is yours to keep and use.
Do I have to commit for a year?
No. Essentials has a three month minimum and Growth and Signature six. After the minimum term either side can end the agreement with 30 days' written notice.
Is advertising spend included?
No, and we never mark it up. Campaign budgets are paid directly to Meta or Google by you and sit entirely outside the management fee.
