A fully custom sunbed reservation system for one of Malta's most popular lidos — live, real-time and zero-queue.
The Challenge
Paradise Bay was managing sunbed reservations manually — guests would arrive early to claim spots, staff spent hours handling disputes, and revenue was being lost on untracked bookings.
The Solution
We built a fully custom web-based booking platform with an interactive lido map where guests select their exact sunbed location, pay via Viva Wallet, and receive instant email confirmation. An admin dashboard gives staff real-time occupancy data, booking management and daily reports — all from any device.
The Outcome
Zero queuing disputes. Revenue fully captured. Staff workload reduced significantly. The platform is multi-tenant ready and has since been extended to support multiple lido sections.
