A fully custom sunbed reservation system for one of Malta's most popular lidos — live, real-time and zero-queue.
The Challenge
Paradise Bay had an outdated booking system that was slow, expensive, and impossible to customise. Guests struggled with it. Staff worked around it. Revenue was slipping through the gaps.
The Solution
We built a fully custom web-based booking platform with an interactive lido map where guests select their exact sunbed location, pay via Viva Wallet, and receive instant email confirmation. An admin dashboard gives staff real-time occupancy data, booking management and daily reports — all from any device.
The Outcome
Zero queuing disputes. Revenue fully captured. Staff workload reduced significantly. The platform is multi-tenant ready and has since been extended to support multiple lido sections.
