Guest Ordering App
Paradise Bay Resort
Live at the resort, in fifteen languages

Room service, poolside ordering and the whole hotel directory on a guest's phone, in fifteen languages.
The Challenge
A guest who wanted something from the kitchen or the bar had two options: phone reception and hope someone picked up, or walk to the Cockerel Bar and carry it back themselves. Orders were written down by hand. The printed welcome compendium went out of date the moment an opening time changed, and nobody could say what the hotel had actually sold that week.
The Solution
We built a single app for the whole guest experience. Porto Lounge's full room-service menu and Cockerel Bar's poolside drinks list, translated into fifteen languages, with each service opening and closing on its own hours and pointing guests to the lobby bar when it shuts. Every poolside umbrella carries a QR sticker, so a drink can only be sent to a sunbed someone is sitting at. Entering a room number applies the right board-basis discount automatically and fills in the guest's details. Kitchen and bar work from live order screens with audible alerts and their own open and close controls, while management sees sales, top sellers and the split between room service and pool behind a separate passcode. The seasonal welcome letter is uploaded as the same Word document the hotel already keeps up to date, then split into topics guests can search.
The Outcome
Everything a guest used to phone reception for now sits on their phone, in their own language. Staff run service from a screen instead of a notepad, and management can see what sold without asking anyone. The platform is live at the resort.
